Ingredients 6 items

  • 2 cups liquid cream or 500 ml
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Cream or 170 g
  • 70 g Caster sugar or 1/3 cup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Marshmallows or 50 g, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine powder dissolved in 3 tablespoons hot water

How to prepare

  1. Place fresh liquid cream, Nestlé® Cream, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whip using an electric hand mixer for 5-6 minutes or until mixture becomes almost stiff.
  2. Fold in the marshmallow and add the dissolved gelatin. Stir constantly or until mixture is well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture in individual cups or rectangular cake pan, cover and chill for 3 hours or until it's firm.
