Ingredients 9 items

  • 1.75 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.5 cups Raspberries
  • 2 cups white chocolate
  • For the sauce:
  • 3 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

How to prepare

  1. Whip the cream with NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk in a bowl of an electric blender for 5-6 minutes or until firm.
  2. Add defrosted raspberry puree and mix well.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a bowl over hot water then pour it into the mixture with constant stirring for 2 minutes.
  4. Spoon in a 30cm x 11cm loaf pan.
  5. Chill in fridge for 6 hours minimum.
  6. To make the sauce:
  7. Combine all ingredients of the sauce in a saucepan and stir constantly for 1 minute or until it starts boiling. Keep aside to cool down.
