To prepare the brownies, whip the eggs, sugar and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until fluffy.
Melt the chocolate and butter using the bain-marie method. Using a spatula, add the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, sour cream and the melted chocolate and butter to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan until it reaches ¾ its height, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30-35 minutes. Keep aside to cool down.
For the chocolate glaze, melt the dark chocolate using the bain-marie method. Add NESTLÉ Cream and whisk manually to get a smooth mixture. Spread on top of the brownies and keep in the fridge.
For the nougat, boil the sugar, butter and glucose syrup, and then immediately add the flour and remove from heat. Add the sesame seeds and spread the mixture into parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes until golden in color. Display the crunchy nougat on top of the brownies before serving.
