  • 2.25 cups Digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla powder
  • 1 tin Peaches, canned and drained

How to prepare

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter until a dough is formed. Press the dough down the base and sides of a 26cm loose bottom Tart Pan.
  2. Beat other ingredients except the peach in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Place 5 peach halves in the dough and pour the mixture over the prepared base.
  4. Bake in a 170˚C oven for 25-30 minutes or until mixture becomes firm.
