  • 300 g chicken, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1½ teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1½ teaspoons curry powder
  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • pinch ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How to prepare

  1. Combine minced chicken, garlic, ginger and curry in a bowl then form them into small balls.
  2. Add water and MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup to a large saucepan and bring to boil.
  3. Add the chicken balls, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
