  • For the dough:
  • 1 kg Semolina
  • 1.75 cups Ghee
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Rose water
  • For the cream:
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 cups corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons Blossom water
  • 1 cup mixed unsalted toasted nuts (almonds and hazelnuts)

How to prepare

  1. .In a deep saucepan, melt Ghee, add Semolina, and fry on medium-low heat until golden brown.
  2. Add 1 tin NESTLÉ Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, Water, Sugar and rosewater and stir until smooth.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine Water, 1 tin NESTLÉ Fat-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, Corn flour and Orange blossom. Keep aside to cool down.
  4. Spread Mafruka in a large platter, spread the cream on top of the Mafruka and garnish with the nuts.
