  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 200 g chicken breast fillets, skinned and cut into small cubes
  • 1 small onion or 70 g, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 5 cups or 1250 ml water
  • 2 baby zucchini or 200 g, cut into small cubes
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Oat Chicken Soup
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, cook onions, chicken and garlic with stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add water, baby zucchini, and MAGGI Oat Chicken Soup. Season with curry powder, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat uncovered for 10 minutes then serve.
