Ingredients 12 items

  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • ½ tablespoon fresh ginger, cut into thin slices
  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 2 tablespoons thai fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • For garnishing:
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • ¼ cup spring onions or 20 g, cut into thin slices
  • 100 g soy bean sprouts

How to prepare

  1. Melt butter in a large sauce pan, add garlic and ginger and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add water, MAGGI Chicken Noodles Soup, fish sauce and Soy sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine coriander, mint, spring onions and Soy bean sprouts in a bowl. Divide the mixture among 4 to 5 serving bowls.
  4. Pour hot soup into bowls and serve.
