  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 4.5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

How to prepare

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add garlic and broccoli and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup. Bring to a boil with stirring then simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in cheese and parsley and season with pepper.
  4. Serve with toasted croutons.
