Ingredients 8 items

  • 3.5 cups Water
  • 1 tin Coconut milk
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Asparagus Soup
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 200 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Add water, coconut milk, MAGGI Asparagus Soup, curry powder and ginger in a large saucepan. Bring to boil under constant stirring.
  2. Add salmon and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in fresh coriander and lemon juice and serve.
