Ingredients 12 items

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 5 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 1 packet macaroni pasta

How to prepare

  1. In a large pot, heat Vegetable Oil, and sauté Minced Meat and Onions until onions are soft.
  2. Add Garlic and Tomato Paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add Tomatoes, Cinnamon, Basil and Oregano to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add Hot Water, MAGGI Chicken Stock and Macaroni to the pot and simmer covered for 20 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir once and dish out in a large platter.
