  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion or 70 g, finely chopped
  • ½ cup or 50 g mushrooms finely chopped
  • 4½ cups or 1125 ml of water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Oat Chicken Soup
  • 1/3 cup or 80 ml of liquid cream

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, sauté chopped onion and chopped mushroom for 3 minutes or until they tender. Add water and MAGGI Oat Chicken Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the fresh liquid cream, stir, and serve.
