Ingredients 6 items

  • 5 cups or 1250 ml Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 small carrot or 75 g chopped
  • 1 cup cheese tortellini or 100 g
  • 20 g spring onions or ¼ cup cut as thin slices
  • 0.5 tablespoon fresh parsley

How to prepare

  1. Add water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil under constant stirring.
  2. Add carrot and the cheese Tortellini. Simmer over low heat for 10- 12 minutes or until Tortellinies are cooked.
  3. Stir in the spring onions and parsley leaves and serve.
