  • 6½ cups plain flour or 900 g
  • 1¼ cup sugar or 250 g
  • 1½ cup unsalted butter or 400 g
  • 50 g sesame powder
  • 3½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup or 140 g ground almonds
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 3½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

How to prepare

  1. Mix the entire ingredients together making soft dough.
  2. Roll the dough making small balls. Press each ball with your hand to flatten it.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.
