  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 150 g lean beef
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add minced beef and fry for 4 minutes or until the beef becomes brown in color and cooked.
  3. Add cumin powder, water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to boil with constant stirring and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Add parsley and Season with lemon juice and serve.
