  • 300 g minced lamb
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 300 g minced lamb
  • 1 small onion or 75 g, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 7 cups or 1750 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup

How to prepare

  1. Combine minced lamb, onions, and parsley, in a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form them into small balls.
  2. Add water, tomato paste, MAGGI Spring Season Soup and the meatballs to a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes then serve.
