  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground garam massala
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 4.5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 1.5 tablespoons Coriander leaves

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, cook onions and garlic with stirring until they become tender. Stir in spices and carrots and cook with stirring for 2 minutes.
  2. Add water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 10-13 minutes.
  3. Just before serving stir in the coriander.
