  • 2 cups Nestlé Country Corn Flakes®
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar for muffin mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 litre litre low fat whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar for whipping cream

How to prepare

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn flakes and milk. Let stand for 2 minutes or until cereal softens.
  3. Add egg and oil. Beat well.
  4. Add flour mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Whip cream with sugar to form soft peak consistency.
  6. Portion evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 200° C for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool and serve with vanilla cream.
