Ingredients 7 items

  • 6 cups water or 1500 ml
  • 1 chicken breast or 250 g, cut into thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon yellow curry paste
  • ¼ cup MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder or 25 g
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions

How to prepare

  1. Add water, chicken, curry paste, MAGGI Coconut Milk powder and MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup to a large saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and spring onions then serve.
