  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g skinned chicken breast fillet, cut into small cubes
  • 1 medium tomato or 150 g, peeled and diced
  • 1 small carrot or 100 g, cut into small cubes
  • 1 small potato or 100 g, cut into small cubes
  • 5 cups or 1250 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon mild paprika
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 small green bell pepper or 100 g, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

How to prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a medium non-stick saucepan; Add and cook chicken until its color changes. Add the tomato, carrot and potato and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add water, tomato paste, paprika MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup and green bell pepper and bring to a boil. Simmer with occasional stirring for 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
  3. Stir with parsley and serve.
