Ingredients 6 items

  • 4.5 cups or 1125 ml water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1.5 cups pumpkin or 220 g, cut into small dices
  • 0.5 cup MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder or 50 g, dissolved in ½ cup or 125ml water
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet, cut into small cubes
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

How to prepare

  1. Add water, MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup, pumpkin and the dissolved MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder in a large saucepan, bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or until pumpkin is cooked.
  2. Place soup in a food processor and blend it well until very smooth. Strain and return to the same pot. Add chicken and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  3. Season with pepper, stir and serve.
