  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 300 g Calamari
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 5.5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

How to prepare

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add and cook calamari, garlic and coriander for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add water, MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup and tomato. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Season with black pepper and serve.
