Ingredients 8 items

  • 2 cups tea biscuits or 200 g, crumbled
  • ½ cup butter or 100 g, melted
  • ½ cup ground hazelnuts or 50 g
  • For the filling:
  • 1 cup cherry jam or 250 g
  • 1½ tablespoons gelatine powder or 15 g, dissolved in 3 tablespoons of hot water
  • 2 tins Nestlé® Cream or 340 g
  • 1 cup toasted almonds or 150 g, crushed

How to prepare

  1. In a bowl, combine biscuit crumbs, butter, and ground hazelnut and mix well. Press the mixture into the base and sides of a 25cm loose-bottomed flan tin.
  2. Spread black cherry jam evenly over the base of a prepared flan.
  3. Combine dissolved gelatin, NESTLÉ Cream and the toasted crushed almonds in a bowl. Stir well.
  4. Spread cream mixture evenly over black cherry jam. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
