Ingredients 6 items

  • 3 cups ground almonds or 300 g
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
  • ¼ cup rose water or 60 ml
  • 1 cup glacé cherries or 200 g

How to prepare

  1. Place ground almond in a saucepan, add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg yolks and vanilla powder.
  2. Cook over medium heat under with constant stirring for 6-8 minutes a until thick paste formed.
  3. Stir in the rose water, stir for 1 minute then remove from heat and allow cooling.
  4. Form the almond mixture into small balls then insert one glace cherries in the middle of each one.
