  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 small Tomato
  • 12 slices Cucumber, pickled
  • 12 small Pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 6 teaspoons Tahini
  • 1 small Onion
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Shawarma Mix

How to prepare

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine Minced Beef and MAGGI Shawerma Mix and Vegetable Oil, mix well and form into 5-cm wide by 1-cm thick burger patties
  2. Cook patties in a frying pan or over grill until fully cooked
  3. Arrange cooked Burger, Cucumber Slices, Tomato, and parsley in each pita bread
  4. Optionally add Onion and Tahini Sauce to the filling
