Ingredients 6 items

  • 2 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 18 pieces Puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons sumac
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Shawarma Mix

How to prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 200-c and place rack on medium level
  2. Sauté Onions in Olive Oil until soft, add Chicken and MAGGI Shawerma Mix and cook until fully cooked, remove from heat and stir in Sumac Powder
  3. Place a sheet of Puff Pastry on a flat work surface, place 2 tbs of the mixture in the center, and fold the edge over each other to form a triangle. Repeat for remaining pastry and filling.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until the pastry is cooked and golden on top
  5. Serve with dipping yogurt as a dipping sauce
