4 tablespoons adeny chili mixture, (adeny besbbas)
6 cups water or 1500 ml
2 small green chili peppers, chopped
2 cubes Maggi Chicken Stock
2 large potatoes or 600 g, cut into large cubes
1 cup coriander leaves or 75 g, chopped
How to prepare
Heat oil in a large pot, add and cook onions for 3 minutes or until they become tender. Add chicken pieces, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the fresh okra, stir for another 3 minutes then add tomatoes, tomato paste, adeny chili mixture, water, green chilies and MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add potatoes and coriander, simmer for another 15-20 minutes or until potato and chicken are tender.
