  • 4 tablespoon 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tin Nestlé®Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 2 cups tea biscuits or 200 g, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup Pistachio nuts or 150 g chopped
  • 35 g or ¼ cup raisins
  • 4 tablespoons butter additional quantity
  • 200 g or 1¼ cups dark chocolate broken into pieces
  • 125 ml or ½ cup milk

How to prepare

  1. Combine butter and Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk in a medium non-stick saucepan and stir constantly to a boil, simmer with stirring for 4-5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
  2. Spoon mixture and press evenly on a 20x25cm tray lined with baking paper and extended from both sides. Set in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Place additional butter, chocolate and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat with constant stirring until chocolate is melted.
  4. Pour and spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the prepared biscuits mixture and set again in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until it's set. Cut into small slices and serve.
