  • 600 g frozen okra
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried red chili pepper
  • 1 packet MAGGI Juicy Chicken Coriander and Garlic Mix
  • 3 tablespoons Pine nut

How to prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 190-C and place rack on medium level
  2. Combine Okra, Maggi Juicy Coriander and Garlic Spice Mix, Olive Oil, Tomato, Cumin and Chili Flakes in provided oven bag and gently toss to coat
  3. Use provided red tie to close the bag and lay flat on an oven tray
  4. Place tray in preheated oven and cook for 50-minutes until okra is fork tender
  5. Carefully remove from bag and serve on plate with sauce
  6. Optionally garnish with toasted Pine Seeds
