Indulge in aromatic Arabic Kabsa rice topped with vegetables and spices. This mix brings out the authentic flavours while keeping the process extremely easy.
Preparation:
•Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a non-stick pot, add 500g of chicken breast cut into cubes and cook until golden (5 min).
•Add 1 tbsp. of tomato paste and MAGGI Kabsa Mix into 1 liter of water and stir until dissolved.
•Add 2 cups of Basmati rice. Cover and simmer until tender (20 min). Enjoy!
Serving tip: Serve Kabsa with yoghurt or pickles.
