Prepare your traditional Chicken Biryani dish with the new ready-made Arabic spice mix made from natural herbs & spices.
Preparation:
• In a nonstick pot, sauté 900g skinless chicken parts in 1 tbsp, sunflower oil over high heat until fully cooked and golden.
• Reduce heat to very low, add 2 cups of low-fat yogurt and Maggi Arabic Biryani Mix, and sprinkle ½ cup raisins on top.
• In a separate pot, boil 2 cups of Basmati rice in water until al dente (half cooked).
• Drain the rice and pour over the chicken & yogurt mixture, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
