200 g chicken breast fillets, skinned and cut into thin slices
6 cups water or 1500 ml
1 sachet MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup
1 cup mushrooms or 100 g, cut into quarters
1 medium carrot or 150 g, cut into round slices
1 cup broccoli or 150 g, cut into small florets
¼ teaspoon white ground pepper
200 g tofu, cut into medium cubes
How to prepare
Add chicken, water, MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup, and mushroom in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Add carrots, broccoli florets, and white pepper, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
