  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 500 g Beef sausage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 8 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Fennel seed
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 8 cups Water

How to prepare

  1. Heat Vegetable Oil in a deep frying pan, fry Beef Sausages until fully cooked. Remove from pan and, once cooled cut into 2 cm pieces.
  2. In the same pan sauté Onions and Carrots and continue to cook until soft. Add Garlic, and Tomato Paste and sauté for an additional 1 minute.
  3. Add Hot Water, MAGGI Chicken Stock, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Basil, Chili Flakes and Oregano and allow to simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Gently place Sausages in Tomato Sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook Pasta in boiling Water until Aldente. Drain pasta, discard water, and return to empty pot.
  6. Serve cooked pasta on a platter and pour over with sauce with Sausages.
